Integrations
Go to Integrations. The page is titled Integration status. It shows whether the outside services TillPoint relies on are connected, and in which mode.
Owners and admins can open it by default.
The page is for checking only. You cannot change any connection from here. If something is not set up, contact TillPoint; see Getting help.

Reading the mode
Section titled “Reading the mode”The mode tells you whether a service is live or a stand-in.
mockmeans a simulated service, used for testing. No real payments or fiscal receipts pass through it.manualfor card machine payments means staff enter the card machine receipt reference by hand at checkout.
If M-Pesa or eTIMS shows mock, or configured is false, on a business that is
trading for real, contact TillPoint before you rely on it.
