- The Excel review summary now updates as you decide each row, and shows how many rows you removed.
- On the receiving form, problems such as a missing reason for rejected goods now show next to the buttons.
- Every page has a Help button that opens the guide for the page and tab you are on.
- Approved buying prices. Each product and supplier pair has an approved price with a full history. Changes go through approval, with optional second approval for large or back-dated changes. See Approved buying prices.
- Order approval. Purchase orders move from draft to submitted to approved or rejected, and order lines are checked against approved prices. See Purchase orders.
- Ordering from Excel. Download a supplier’s template, fill in quantities and upload it to create a draft order. See Ordering from Excel.
- Delivery verification. Record accepted, rejected and damaged units. Stock goes up only when a delivery is confirmed. Receipts can be reversed with a reason, and part-received orders can be closed short. See Receiving deliveries.
- Standard and Strict modes. Businesses start in Standard mode. Owners can switch to Strict mode for separation of duties. See the owner set-up guide.
